Daniel Stouffer is a one-person, AI-enabled consultant who helps contractor offices turn messy, manual workflows into practical AI-assisted systems — without enterprise software, without a platform, and without adding headcount.
He works with Twin Cities roofers, electricians, plumbers, painters, HVAC contractors, and other bid-based trades to find the three or four handoffs where time and money disappear, then builds simple, repeatable AI workflows around them.
